For this assignment, I used a tripod and a chair for my subject to sit on, along with assistance from others to hold up her hair, creating the illusion of floating. I wanted simple background to avoid clutter. Although I didn't use any props, I believe the photo turned out well. The picture was successful, but next time, I might try positioning the camera at a lower angle, even though I think it already looks good.

Floating with umbrella

For this photo, I used the same equipment as in the other photo, but I incorporated an umbrella as a prop to create the illusion of her floating. When choosing the location for this photo, I wanted more trees and natural scenery because I believed it would complement the umbrella. However, this picture didn't turn out as well as I'd hoped because it appears as if she's simply pasted onto the background. Next time, I would try positioning the camera at a lower angle and perhaps choose a less busy background.
